Woman shot & killed in drive-by shooting in Heideveld

CAPE TOWN - A 40-year-old woman has been gunned down in a drive-by shooting in Heideveld on Saturday morning.
Police are reportedly investigating the murder, however, no arrests have been made.
Police spokesperson Malcolm Pojie said the motive for the attack was still unclear.
"A 40-year-old woman was shot and fatally wounded during a drive-by shooting this morning, Saturday, 09 August 2025 at about 11:15 in 5th Street, Heideveld."
