The Mind Matters Summit is designed to redefine mental wellness - with insights from neuroscientists, Olympians and wellness pioneers.
It will feature top international speakers, including international bestselling author Mo Gawdat and neuroscientist Dr Tara Swart.
Moodliar says the event will essentially be 'the Davos of mental wellbeing,’ featuring several experts in the field.
She adds that it will help people learn how to have ‘dominion’ over their own minds and use it to protect their own wellness and become ‘unstressable.’
