Police hunt for suspect in Mfuleni triple murder

CAPE TOWN - The suspect behind the murder of three men in Mfuleni, Cape Town, is still at large.

The trio was shot and killed on Friday night, while a fourth victim, an 18-year-old, was injured.

Police spokesperson, André Traut, says the assailant escaped in an Isuzu bakkie.

"While detectives are pursuing all leads, operational members have been deployed in the area to maintain stability. At this stage, the motive for the shooting is believed to be gang-related.”
