SA govt urged to implement the proposed Apartheid Bill

Supporters of Palestine and activist groups are urging the South African government to implement the proposed Apartheid Bill.
Protesters marched to Parliament in Cape Town on Saturday, where they handed over a memorandum of demands, calling on government to take decisive action to help end the violence in Palestine.

The memorandum, addressed to the Speaker of the National Assembly, was received by House chairperson, Cedric Frolick, on behalf of Parliament.
This comes after a recent United Nations commission finding that accuses Israel of committing acts of genocide in the Gaza Strip.
PAGA member Abdus Salaam Ebrahim said they would continue to stand with the oppressed.
"Gangsters is someone that manipulates and wants to control people. Any system of oppression is a drug, so therefore we stand against it. We would like our communities and societies to educate. We must have a defiance campaign; eventually, we must defy all Zionist institutions in this country."
