The chief of staff to on-leave Police Minister Senzo Mchunu, Cedrick Nkabinde, claims there is a “target on his back” after law enforcement officers raided his home and allegedly assaulted his brother.

Nkabinde believes the police mistook his brother for him during the operation, which he says took place last night.

He addressed the media in Sandton on Thursday, responding to some of the allegations made against him.

According to Nkabinde, the officers arrived to seize his electronic devices as part of an ongoing investigation.
