SA Weather Service warns of hot weather for WC & NC on Tuesday & Wednesday

The South African Weather Service (SAWS) warns of hot weather in parts of the Northern and Western Cape provinces on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Temperatures are expected to reach the mid-to-high-30s in parts of the Western Cape.

"Very hot and uncomfortable conditions" are expected over the West Coast district until Wednesday.

The weather service advised residents to "take necessary precautions to protect themselves".
