During arguments in court, the State claimed that clearing the televangelist of over 60 charges, including rape, human trafficking, and racketeering, was an error in judgment.
Meanwhile, the defence maintains the NPA’s application misinterpreted the main judgment and failed to meet procedural requirements.
The matter now rests with the court, which will decide whether the case can be referred to the Supreme Court of Appeal.
