A collision involving multiple vehicles can be seen on the scene, with some of the cars with gunshots.

Police shut down section of Marlboro after shooting, multi-vehicle collision

Police have responded to a crime scene in Marlboro, north of Johannesburg, at the intersection of Viola Road and 4th and 8th streets.

Unconfirmed reports suggest that a high-ranking official of the Alexander Randburg Midrand Taxi Association has been shot and killed.

A collision involving multiple vehicles can be seen on the scene, with some of the cars showing signs of gunshots.

Down the road from that scene, a security car was shot at, with one deceased person yet to be removed.

Police have closed of the roads and are processing the scene.
