A shocking new investigation has revealed that foreign 'tourists' were allegedly paid to hunt civilians during the siege of Sarajevo in the 1990s Bosnian war.
International correspondent Adam Gilchrist reports that an Italian journalist has uncovered documents, photographs, and eyewitness accounts suggesting that visitors from Italy, the United States, and Russia paid up to €100,000 to join Serbian snipers in the hills surrounding the besieged city.
"Tourists were paying to go on big game safaris where the big game were human beings scuttling around in the city below.
"They would pitch up in Sarajevo, take aim, and apparently, you got charged a different price if you killed men, women, or children.
"It beggars belief, but there is absolutely some proof that this happened big time."
