The two brothers extradited from Eswatini after being linked to the murders of rapper Kiernan “AKA” Forbes and chef Tebello “Tibz” Motsoane will return to the dock on Tuesday morning.

Siyabonga and Malusi Ndimande were brought back to South Africa to face the music two weeks ago.

They face a slew of charges, including a murder charge for a separate matter where a taxi boss was killed in Amanzimtoti.

Forbes and Motsoane were killed on Durban’s Florida Road in February 2023.

It's been two weeks since the Ndimande brothers were brought back to the country to face their alleged crimes.

The State is accusing one of them of opening fire on Forbes on the night he was killed while leaving Wish restaurant in Durban.

During their first court appearance on South African soil two weeks back, the case was postponed for further consultation by the defence lawyers, Simphiwe Mlotshwa and Sibusiso Dlamini.

It is still unclear whether the pair will apply for bail, but State prosecutor Advocate Lawrence Gcaba has indicated that the State would oppose it, saying the pair is a flight risk.

The matter will be heard before the Durban Magistrates Court.
