Trevor Noah to host Grammy Awards for sixth and final time on 1 February

South African comedian Trevor Noah is set to host the Grammy Awards for the sixth and final time when the ceremony takes place on 1 February.

Noah has become a familiar face at music’s biggest night, guiding the global event that honours the best in music as voted for by members of the Recording Academy.

The role has cemented his place as one of South Africa’s most successful global entertainers, trusted to lead one of the world’s most high-profile live broadcasts.

Noah's return marks the end of an era.

This year’s event will be memorable because it will be the last time the Grammys will air on CBS, which has broadcast the show since 1973 in the United States.

The Grammys will begin a 10-year partnership with Disney, where from 2027, the awards will air on ABC, Hulu, and Disney+.
