North Korea has reported near-total support for Kim Jong Un, with him getting 99.93% of the vote.
Primedia+ Digital Content Editor Barbara Friedman explains how the 'democracy' works over there.
"Everyone over 17 is obliged to vote, but they only have one candidate to vote for in each region.
"But the internet has gone wild with dark humour, because for the first time in a very long time, there's a 0.07% dissenting 'no' vote in this election."
Friedman says the comments on social media show a lot of concern for that 0.07%.
