Liema Pantsi was crowned the winner of Big Brother Mzansi season six on Sunday.
The 24-year-old singer from the Eastern Cape outlasted 22 other housemates to win the R2 million grand prize.
She also won more than R3,000 in cash prizes collected through weekly sponsored challenges in the house.
The final was tightly contested with Liema securing 33.84% of the vote, followed by runner-up Thandeka Tshabalala with 29.97%.
This was Pantsi’s second stint in the competition.
Many may remember her from Big Brother Mzansi season four, where she made the controversial decision to take R250,000 to leave the game early.
While the decision divided opinions, she returned this year, more focused on playing and winning.
