Dozens of EFF supporters are expected to show up in support of their leader after years of standing trial.
With Malema expected in the dock at 9am, the KuGompo City is busier than usual.
The precinct around the KuGompo City Magistrates Court has been fully cordoned off, with law enforcement authorities deployed ahead of Malema’s appearance.
The KuGompo City Magistrates Court has also hired additional security to prevent any unwanted visitors in the courthouse during Malema’s appearance.
While dozens of EFF supporters are expected to gather outside the courthouse in support of their leader, the party has also booked the Jan Smuts Stadium, where the majority of its supporters will be stationed.
Massive jumbo screens have been set up for the red berets to follow the court proceedings over the next two days.
This is also where Malema will address his supporters.
