Slain DJ Warras had protection order against 5 people in face of 'genuine threats'

A week before his murder, Warrick Stock opened a protection order against several individuals.
EWN understands the protection order involved five people who were living at a building called Zambesi House in the Johannesburg CBD.
The building was previously hijacked.
Johannesburg's MMC for Community Safety, Mgcini Tshwaku, said Stock had a protection order granted against five people.

The individuals, whose identities are unknown at this stage, were reportedly living at a hijacked building, where Stock was managing the security.
Stock's company, Elite VIP, secured the security contract.
Tshwaku told EWN that there were "genuine threats" against Stock's life by those listed in the protection order.
The protection order was a week old.
Stock was shot at least four times while leaving the building on Tuesday.
