Super typhoon Ragasa made landfall in the Philippines on Monday, bringing 230km/h wind gusts.
Thousands of people were forced to evacuate, and at least three were killed in the storm.
Five others are missing due to flooding and landslides.
Ragasa is now heading west towards the southern parts of mainland China.

Officials have warned of a serious threat from the super typhoon, and plan to evacuate around 400,000 people in Shenzhen.
