WATCH: Whackhead's outrageous prank as a 'cellmate' in a high-risk environment on OUTsurance

Whackhead made a call to OUTsurance to get a quote to insure some unique household items.

How did the OUTsurance employee handle the call? PROFESSIONAL until the end sums it up.

And that was commendable because Whackhead's list of personal items included a toothbrush, toothpaste, a radio, two packs of cigarettes, slippers and a towel.

While there were some giggles here and there, the employee keeps composure and says, "There's no problem, there's absolutely no problem, we hold these items in very high regard. Let's say, your toothbrush goes missing, we are going to replace it... I truly understand how much they mean to you, they must be very valuable to you."

HOLD ON... that's not all!

After the employee learns that Whackhead keeps these most prized possessions in his "cell" (as in jail cell) which is where he'll be for 15 years because he killed three people, and will therefore, benefit from the 'no claim bonus' punted by OUTsurance, if other cellmates don't steal them first - this employee STILL remains unshooketh.

"You want to ensure items in your jail cell? No problem... do you mind if I go and consult about this situation you are putting in front of me, sir? Yoh...", responds the employee.

Ultimately, this employee handled this outrageous case like a champ - big up to Duke at OUTsurance.
