Golden Arrow bus crashes into homes in Delft after being fired upon

CAPE TOWN - A Golden Arrow bus driver and another employee are receiving medical attention after a bus was targeted by unknown gunmen in Delft.
The motive for the incident that happened in the early hours of Tuesday morning is unknown.

The bus company's Bronwen Dyke-Beyer said that a shot was fired causing the driver to momentarily lose control of the bus before crashing into the boundary walls of three houses.
"Golden Arrow can confirm an incident, which occurred in Delft at approximately 03:35 on Tuesday morning, in which a bus transporting Golden Arrow employees was targeted by unknown gunmen. No injuries were sustained by anyone in the homes. We have made contact with the homeowners in order to begin the process of repairing the damage."
