Man accused of causing deadly Carletonville crash granted bail

18 July 2024 | 13:49Gert van Emmenis, the man charged for the accident that killed 11 children and the driver of their scholar transport, has been granted R20,000 bail. He was charged with culpable homicide and reckless and negligent driving.
