EC police ask for space to investigate NMU student's death
Police have asked for time and space to investigate the death of a Nelson Mandela University student in Gqeberha.

CAPE TOWN - Police have asked for time and space to investigate the death of a Nelson Mandela University student in Gqeberha.
Officers said that the male student was hit by a car and died in the early hours of Sunday morning.
His off-campus residence manager was arrested and charged with culpable homicide.
"The university is shocked and condemns this senseless act in the strongest terms. The residence manager has been charged with culpable homicide and Nelson Mandela University is assisting the Humewood police station with the investigation."
