LUSIKISIKI - The accused in the Lusikisiki mass murder case has abandoned his bail application.
Siphosoxolo Myekethe appeared in the Lusikisiki Magistrates Court on Tuesday morning, where the matter was postponed.
He is accused of gunning down 18 members of a family in Ngobozana Village in September and also faces charges of being in possession of an unlicensed firearm.
The accused is also a parolee on a separate murder case, something the families of the victims have described as worrying.
