CAPE TOWN - Residents in the Namakwa District Municipality have been left rattled by a 4.07 magnitude earthquake.
It struck shortly after 11pm on Tuesday night.
Edgar de Jongh, who lives in Bergsig, just outside the town of Springbok, was in bed at the time.
"It was loud, windows rattled... it was more of a loud rumble lasting about 30 seconds."
