CAPE TOWN - While the Early Learning Resource Unit (ERLU) has been at the forefront of early childhood development (ECD), the organisation believes every child deserves quality education.
The NPO has been equipping teachers and practitioners with the necessary tools for over five decades now.
The organisation has been responsible for aiding and assisting children in their education journey before formal schooling so that they are better equipped and on par with their peers.
CEO for the ERLU, Tracy Fortune, said through holistic teaching parents and teachers can provide the best for the children.
“At the heart of what we do is actually to assist ECD practitioners and parents to help young children realise their full potential so that when they get to grade R, they're school ready. So, all our initiatives centre around holistic development ensuring children are ready for school or grade R.”
