A sold-out DHL Stadium was lit up with the majestic echoes of Bocelli's voice.

On Wednesday evening, 16 April, the world’s most beloved tenor, Andrea Bocelli brought his 30th Anniversary Tour to Cape Town with a special guest artist, a soprano, a magnificent 60-piece Cape Town Philharmonia Choir and a majestic 69-piece Philharmonic Orchestra which was conducted by Marcello Rota.

Bocelli's concert under the stars in Cape Town also featured several notable guest performers which included Ethiopian Italian soprano Mariam Battistelli, classical crossover artist Amy Manford, and violinist Rusanda Panfili,

Bocelli's voice echoed through a sold-out DHL Stadium, in what was said to be the largest outdoor classical music event staged in the City.

And oh, it was an unforgettable night of magic... Premier Alan Winde, concurs.

Winde took to his social media to share some photos of himself enjoying the event, while expressing what a "world-class" and "unforgettable" performance it was.

Other members of Parliament were also in attendance, and a sneak pic of Geordin Hill-Lewis was also shared on X...

We spotted Kfm 94.5 in the mix too...
