Aserie Ndlovu, Zodwa Mdhluli case: Three suspects due in court

JOHANNESBURG - Three suspects linked to the case of missing journalist Aserie Ndlovu and his partner Zodwa Mdhluli are set to appear before the KwaMhlanga Magistrates' Court on Thursday.
The trio was initially meant to make their first appearance on Wednesday, however, proceedings were moved to Thursday because of police investigations.
To date, the total number of suspects arrested in relation to the case is eight.

Ndlovu and Mdhluli have been missing since February this year.
Police found the three additional suspects at their hideout in Rust De Winter, in Limpopo, close to the area where the two skeletal remains were discovered just last week.

DNA testing is still underway to determine if the remains are those of Ndlovu and Mdhluli.
It's understood that the group may have played a role in the alleged kidnapping of the couple.
They are due to appear before the court to face charges of kidnapping, hijacking and house robbery.
The other five accused suspects will return to court later this month.
