EFF leader Julius Malema led the march to the National Treasury offices in Pretoria.

JOHANNESBURG - The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) marched 
to the National Treasury offices in Pretoria on Monday to celebrate the reversal of the value-added tax (VAT) increase.

EFF leader Julius Malema led the march.

He's urged Finance Minister Enoch Godongwana to table a budget that will not strain the poor.

Godongwana is set to table a revised budget on Wednesday.
