JOHANNESBURG - Some passengers at OR Tambo International Airport experienced travel delays on Tuesday due to operational disruptions.

The Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) reported that domestic operations had largely been stabilised and steady improvements had been made in passenger flow and queue management.

ACSA also said that an incoming shift had been deployed to bolster capacity and assist with international travellers.

It said that its technical teams were working to resolve the issues and full operational capacity is anticipated to be restored by Wednesday morning.
