CAPE TOWN - Police deployed in Muizenberg are expected to intensify their presence in the area in a bid to curb ongoing violence.
This follows the discovery of three bodies on Saturday night.
A fourth victim, who had sustained gunshot wounds, managed to escape.
The suspects responsible for the attack fled the scene and are yet to be arrested.
Police spokesperson Andrè Traut said that the motive for the attack was unclear.
"At about 23:30, the bodies of an adult male and two adult females aged between 29 and 32 were discovered at Mike's Place in Seawinds with gunshot wounds."
