Parents are reminded to submit certified copies of all required documents, including proof of home address.
Department spokesperson Steve Mabona said no applications would be allowed after Friday.
"Only learners with complete applications and verified documents will receive placements. We will be starting with the process on 16th of October 2025 until all learners are placed. Placement is not based on first-come, first-served; we utilise a criteria which is quite simple: home address within school feeder zone, siblings or previous school."
