CAPE TOWN - Anabela Rungo, the mother of former Miss SA finalist, Chidimma Adetshina, is adamant that she has nothing to hide.
Rungo appeared in the Cape Town Magistrate's Court on Friday morning in connection with her identity fraud case.
The State had requested one more postponement to finalise their investigations.
As a result, the matter was postponed.
Stefanie De Saude Darbandi is part of Rungo’s legal team and said that the immigration-related charges her client faces were being dealt with outside of court.
"Her house arrest was lifted and replaced with a 9pm curfew. This has given her some measure of normality because she continues to live under restrictions while the case is pending."
