Police are expected to do a final sweep of the Brigitte Mabandla Justice College in Pretoria on Tuesday evening in preparation for the start of the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry on Wednesday.
Hundreds of members of the public will descend on the venue to hear KwaZulu-Natal police commissioner, Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi, testify as the commission's first witness.

President Cyril Ramaphosa established a commission to probe his wide-ranging claims, with retired Constitutional Court Justice Mbuyiseli Madlanga set to chair the commission.
Madlanga Commission spokesperson, Jeremey Michaels, said it was all systems go.
"The Brigitte Mabandla Justice College is a hive of activity at the moment, with final preparations being put in place, but for all intents and purposes, the public can look forward to the commission's first public hearings starting tomorrow at 10am."
