It's understood that it overturned while travelling on a steep road in Musina on Sunday night.
Most of the passengers on board were Zimbabwean and Malawian nationals who were en route to Harare from the Eastern Cape.

Transport department authorities have been updating the death toll on Monday morning as more bodies are being pulled from the wreckage.
Emergency services say more than 40 survivors have been taken to hospital.
Presidency spokesperson Vincent Magwenya: "This incident is a tragedy for South Africa and our sister states of Zimbabwe and Malawi alike. This is compounded by the fact that this incident has taken place during our annual Transport Month, where we place a special focus on the importance of safety on our roads."
Limpopo Premier Phophi Ramathuba will visit the accident scene and later brief the media.
