Life can be incredibly stressful; sometimes you need to yell out your frustrations.
A new trend of scream clubs is emerging worldwide, from Chicago to London, gathering hundreds of people to scream as loudly as they can.
Recently, over 1,000 people gathered in London to scream their hearts out.
“A woman called Mona Sharif set up this scream club," explains international correspondent Adam Gilchrist. "Within three days, she had about 1,000 members and staged her first open-air scream event in Primrose Hill just to let rip.”
The event was literally a roaring success, so much so that the next event is already in the calendar.
