Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) Youth Command convenor, Simamkele Mtheli, joined a group of members from the African National Congress (ANC), South African Communist Party (SACP) and COSATU, to meet with the school's management for feedback related to the assault case.
The school indicated that an internal investigation was underway and that eight grade eleven pupils had been suspended.
Mtheli said they were not happy with the feedback.
"We won't stop here. We will take further actions. We will be here again tomorrow morning to ensure that... this school... nothing must operate as normal."
Mtheli said the school still needs to explain why no action was taken until a video of the incident went viral on social media on Tuesday.
