The Jacob Zuma Foundation said that the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) has no case against the former president's daughter, Duduzile Zuma-Sambudla.
She's charged with terrorism and incitement to commit public violence linked to the July 2021 unrest.

The widespread looting took place following Zuma’s imprisonment for contempt of court, with his supporters calling for his release.
With his daughter due to stand trial in the Durban High Court on Monday, foundation spokesperson Mzwanele Manyi said this is clutching at straws.
“The State is very desperate. All Duduzile did was to comment after the fact. She would go into Twitter and she would see some explosion happening somewhere and she would say, ‘we see you’. How is it possible for anybody with even two percent of a brain to say somebody that comments after the fact somehow caused that thing?”
Manyi maintains the case is politically motivated.
“This is the continuation of the same thing - the abuse of the Constitution and State apparatus just to deal with political adversaries.”
