Alleged underworld gang boss, Nafiz Modack, has accused one of his co-accused, Zane Kilian, of being part of a conspiracy against him.
Kilian previously testified that Modack instructed him to track the whereabouts of prominent criminal defence attorney, William Booth, before an attempt on Booth's life five years ago.

Modack on Thursday accused Kilian of lying under oath, stating firmly that he gave Kilian no instructions to "ping" Booth's cellphone.
State prosecutor Greg Wolmarans questioned Modack about why Kilian testified that it was Modack who instructed him to track attorney Booth's cell phone location.
Evidence shows Kilian "pinged" Booth several times before the attorney survived a shooting at his Higgovale home in April 2020.
Wolmarans asked Modack directly why Kilian was lying when he told the court that Modack gave him the instruction to ping Booth.
Modack told the court he plans to call a witness to testify that Kilian was working for his alleged underworld rivals, the now-deceased Mark Lifman and Andre Naude.
Modack quoted his planned witness, detailing Kilian's alleged ties:
"He will clarify to this court, my lord, that he introduced Kilian to Sam, to Andre... He was working for Lifman and Naude. When Kilian switched sides, that's when they had a fight. So Kilian was working for them, my lord."
Modack told the court that his evidence would show that Kilian could be part of a conspiracy against him on behalf of his alleged underworld rivals and corrupt police officers.
The matter will be back in court on Monday.
