The former Ekurhuleni City Manager, Imogen Mashazi, believes she has been prejudiced during her testimony before the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry.
Mashazi began her testimony on Monday and resumed this Tuesday morning at the commission in Pretoria.
She has faced tough questions, which in most instances, she hasn’t able to answer adequately to satisfy the commissioners and evidence leader.
Mashazi has been given until next week Wednesday to source the relevant documents and evidence, which her attorneys will provide to the commission in the form of a supplementary affidavit.

Earlier, Mashazi’s attorney, Mr Moosa, addressed the commission on instructions of possible prejudice.
“It’s under instruction that she’s referred to me, and I’ve got a duty to place it before the commission is that 'over the last day or so, I was in a position where I had to face certain questions and answer to certain allegations without having the all the information at my disposal'.”
