Case against alleged killer of Mamelodi cousins postponed to March

The case against the man accused of killing two cousins from Mamelodi has been postponed to March.
Tebogo Mnisi is alleged to have shot and killed 21-year-old Baleseng and 22-year-old Tshiamo Moramaga in October last year.
He faces two counts of murder and one count of attempted murder for shooting another victim who was seen with the girls before they were killed.
38-year-old Tebogo Mnisi made a brief appearance in the Mamelodi Magistrate's Court on Monday morning.
The family of the two young women, whom he is accused of killing, was present in court, but they refused to speak to the media at length.
They did, however, share their frustrations stemming from the postponement of the matter.
The state prosecutor says some documents are still outstanding.
"Your worship, currently we are waiting for the hospital records, the J88 post-mortem reports. The docket is currently with the DPP [Director of Public Prosecutions] and we are waiting for instructions from them.
The matter has been postponed to 19 March for further investigation.
