Residents in Coronationville and Westbury have committed to continuing their protests until water flows from their taps.
The communities took to the streets on Tuesday over ongoing water woes in the province.
They believe there isn’t a real water shortage, but rather suspect a water tankers scam is in effect, to make money
While the government has assured it is working to find a permanent solution, some residents said they find it suspicious that water is miraculously restored – every time they stage a demonstration.
"We're going to continue with the protest until the taps are permanently open because I believe there is no water problem. What they do is they open the valves and they close the valves. The people around us has water, especially the informal settlement; they have water.
"We are rates and taxpayers, we don't have water. Every time we have a strike, then they open the water and it comes out this little but you can't even fill, it can't even run in the machines."
