Brown Mogotsi submits medical certificate to Madlanga Commission after no-show

Alleged political fixer Brown Mogotsi has submitted a medical certificate to the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry.  

Mogotsi was expected to testify before the commission on Monday,however, he called in sick.

Evidence leader Matthew Chaskalson told the commission that Mogotsi had committed to submitting a medical certificate by the end of the day.

Commission spokesperson Jremy Michaels has confirmed that Mogotsi submitted medical certificate. 

“The commission can confirm that Mr Mogotsi has submitted a medical certificate and that it will be considered at the next sitting on Wednesday morning,” said Michaels.
