"The Cape storms flooded social media," said Primedia+ Digital Content Editor Barbara Friedman on CapeTalk. "There were obvious areas that were vulnerable, like Du Noon. The videos are heartbreaking to see... But we know a lot of those informal settlements aren't always built in the best places. They're often in low-lying areas, and the flooding is worse there."
