DURBAN - The KwaZulu-Natal government has honoured media personality and businesswoman Zanele Mbokazi-Nkambule with a special provincial official funeral, Category 2.
The 52-year-old Ukhozi FM presenter died on Monday morning in Durban after being diagnosed with lung cancer earlier in 2024.

The Crown Gospel Awards founder will be laid to rest on Saturday.
Family, friends, and colleagues will gather at the Inkosi Albert Luthuli International Convention Centre on Saturday morning to pay their final respects.
The special provincial official funeral, Category 2, which includes elements of police ceremonial honours, is reserved for distinguished persons specifically designated by the president of South Africa on request by the premier of a province.
