Naledi Matshitse is out of Masterchef SA: 'I just panicked!'

In Masterchef SA this week, the top seven were challenged to create a bougie brunch.
Each contestant had to create three items for a brunch menu, keeping everything small, delicate, and delicious.

Plating was essential in this challenge as the final product had to be worthy of an Instagram feed.
All the contestants seemed to struggle with the brief but ultimately Matshitse was asked to leave the kitchen.
Matshitse feels she panicked too much when she heard the word 'bougie', which threw her off.

While her time in the Masterchef kitchen is over, she says she is proud of some of the dishes she created.
Moving forward she plans to grow her online presence to share her love of food.
