KZN Transport Dept joins rescue mission for missing light aircraft
The department said the aircraft was last tracked flying over Ladysmith after it had departed from Virginia Airport on Sunday.

JOHANNESBURG - KwaZulu-Natal's Department of Transport has joined in the rescue mission for a light aircraft that's been missing since Sunday.
It is understood three passengers are on board the plane.
The department said the aircraft was last tracked flying over Ladysmith after it had departed from Virginia Airport on Sunday.
Transport spokesperson Ndabezinhle Sibiya said they are in constant communication with the families of the missing individuals.
"We are in touch with experts and officials from the Aeronautical Rescue Coordination Centre following the disappearance of a light aircraft carrying three individuals. Ayanda Msweli, the country's leading traffic anchor, is in touch with the family of the female pilot who was in the aircraft."
