Fehmida Jordaan, also known as Chef Fehmz, is a Johannesburg-based foodie that is all about keeping it real.
You may know her from her fun Insta-recipe posts or her quirky stint on Ready Steady Cook.
Over the years, she has built a unique brand of authenticity with all things fun, vibrant and food.
She shares her love and passion for food and life through her new cookbook, Damn Good Food.
While many of the recipes explore her South African Indian culture, she ventures far and wide with colourful pages and bold flavours.
“This book is something that is very close to my family… It’s an ode to everything that I have been through in my life, from the time I was a kid in my granny’s home, having breakfasts with mince curry and peas,” she says.
And for people looking for a quick, easy meal idea, the Easy Peasy section has you covered.
“There is even a nice blender recipe that your kids are going to like, it’s Epic Butter Chicken. You make the sauce in a blender,” she says.
