Modack to continue being cross-examined over tracking of attorney

The cross-examination of alleged underworld gang boss Nafiz Modack will continue in the Western Cape High Court on Monday.
During last week's proceedings, Modack denied using two "pingers" to track the whereabouts of prominent criminal defence attorney, William Booth.
An attempt on Booth's life at his Higgovale home in April 2020 forms part of the 122 charges modack and 14 others are on trial for.
Modack and his four co-accused face charges of attempted murder after Booth was shot in 2020.
ALSO READ:
State prosecutor Greg Wolmarans presented the court with two ping lists to prove that co-accused Zane Kilian and a previous state witness, Calvin Rafadi, were tracking Booth in September 2019.
Rafadi told the court Modack instructed him to ping Booth, but Modack denies giving the order.
Modack also denies instructing Kilian to track Booth using the pinging platform.
Wolmarans will continue questioning Modack about the pinging of Booth.
