Three additional suspects arrested in connection with the murder of e-hailing driver Isaac Satlat appeared in the Pretoria Magistrate's Court on Wednesday morning.
The men face charges of premeditated murder, kidnapping, and robbery with aggravating circumstances.
Satlat was allegedly hijacked and killed last week.
The lawyer representing accused four and five, Kaizer Mphahlele, confirmed that accused number four would not be applying for bail and intends to plead guilty to the charges.
Mphahlele said the State's case was strong and that there was no point in wasting the court's time.

It remains unclear whether accused number five will also plead guilty.
The additional suspects bring the total number of accused in the case to six.
They are expected to appear alongside the initial three accused on 23 February 2026.
Accused number six is not facing a charge of premeditated murder, but is charged with robbery with aggravating circumstances.
The matter has been postponed to allow accused number six time to secure legal representation and for any bail applications to be heard.
Fourth suspect intends to plead guilty
The fourth suspect in the murder and robbery case of Satlat is set to plead guilty to charges of premeditated murder, kidnapping and robbery with aggravating circumstances.
Tumishang Mabutle appeared in the Pretoria Magistrate's Court alongside his girlfriend, accused number five, Ofentse Senoamadi and Thabang Muthwa.
Representing accused number four, attorney Thabiso Mphahlele stated that the state has a strong case against his client.
"There will be no point in applying for bail. Number four will definitely be abandoning bail. At this point, I have consulted with my client and we are going to plead. We do not intend wasting anyone’s time, including the state’s time. We are going to plead to the charges."
