Jazz in the Lights Music Festival returns to Joburg Zoo

The City of Johannesburg’s magical Jazz in the Lights Music Festival returns to the Joburg Zoo on 30 March 2024.

Bring along your picnic baskets and enjoy a phenomenal lineup of local and international performances.

This includes some of Mzansi’s finest - Andile Yenana, Herbie Tsoaeli, Maleh, Simphiwe Dana, and Ami Faku.

In addition to having access to the zoo, there will also be several children’s activities available.

“It’s going to be quite an exciting festival… fun for the whole family.”

He adds that the festival provides a great platform for artists (new and established) to showcase their talents all while giving the local economy a much-needed boost.

“It’s really a platform where artists across generations and development areas can interact with each other…. [while] injecting into the economy.”
