Clarence Ford speaks to Barbara Friedman about what's trending online.
Air Canada has confirmed that a Montreal-bound flight from Casablanca, Morocco, was cancelled on Friday following 'air rage' between a flight attendant and a passenger.
The flight attendant can be heard saying in French and English, "You will behave or we will get off! I'll tell the captain right away. Yes, or no?"
When a passenger asks her to call the captain, the flight attendant refuses and says, "I don't want no bullying against my crew."
Christophe Hennebell, a spokesperson for Air Canada, explained that the situation is under review and apologised to customers.
"I'm speechless. We don't know what led to this. It's alleged that the passenger just asked for a blanket... but we don't know. Maybe she said it in a tone that upset the flight attendant? Maybe the flight attendant just had too much, and snapped?"

"This has gone absolutely viral. A lot of people are saying, 'We don't know both sides to the story'. Other people are saying, 'Can you imagine being on a plane and the air hostess scolding you like this?'"
- Barbara Friedman
"Is there something going on, on planes? I've never seen a video where a flight attendant loses it like this, because they are trained to deal with passengers. We don't know exactly what happened, but whatever the passenger says, the flight attendant's job is to always stay calm under pressure."
