MasterChef SA has aspiring chefs competing to win R1 million and the chance to change a passion for food into a potential new career.
Ebrahim is the latest contestant to be eliminated from the competition after the judges were unimpressed with his lamb-knuckle curry.

The small business owner cooked a beloved recipe from his grandmother, but the judges said it was ‘under seasoned’ and the rice was over cooked.
However, Ebrahim is keeping his head held high and says this is only the beginning of his journey.

He says being a part of MasterChef has taught him so much and he is incredibly grateful and inspired by the people he met.
The show airs on SABC3 on Saturday at 19:30 with repeat broadcasts on SABC2 on Sundays at 18:30 and again on S3 on Wednesdays at 18:00.
